How can my child begin?

Call us at 928-854-5439 All therapy services must be recommended and referred through a primary care physician. Once our office receives a doctor’s script and prior authorization (only applicable for certain insurances) we will schedule an intake meeting. During the intake meeting, you will complete all necessary paperwork and schedule your initial evaluation with a therapist. At the evaluation appointment, the therapist will evaluate areas of strengths and needs to determine if ongoing services are necessary.
